More uniformed officers will quit after 15 years. 11 years after the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal

Soldiers who were officers of the Customs Service before serving in the army (started after 2012) (in the period before 2013) will benefit. 11 years ago, the Constitutional Tribunal pointed to the request to implement this principle. It allows for the extension of the list of persons entitled to a pension after 15 years of service according to the rules in force before 2013.
