The regular diets for professional soldiers will increase 4 times and territorialwho perform relief tasks in areas affected by floods. The Ministry of Defence presented a draft regulation on this matter. It reads that professional and non-professional soldiers will receive PLN 180 for each day "to carry out tasks related to direct participation in the fight against natural disasters or to destruct their effects, in search actions and in the rescue or protection of wellness and human life or in crisis management". Currently the military receives a diet of PLN 45 per day. The draft regulation is in agreement.

Within the framework of Operation Feniks, 15 disinfection teams operate which minimise the epidemiological threat in the areas affected by the disaster. Soldiers conduct, among others, disinfection of public utility buildings, including schools and offices, roads and streets in Lądku-Zdrój, Nysa, Lewina Brzeski, Łosiów, Brzeg, Oława and Odzygoszcz. In turn, the engineering troops are preparing the area where they are to stand. temporary bridges In Deaf, Krapkowice, Land-Drink and Wawrzeńczyce. In addition, an accompanying bridge was created in Głuchołaza, and a car bridge was created in Skrzegoszczy.
