More and more governors behind “self-mobilization” in Russia

Successive governors support Ramzan Kadyrov's thought of “self-mobilization”, that is, grassroots mobilization in individual regions of Russia. Additionally, there is an agitation of prisoners in penal colonies to go to war in exchange for getting out from behind the gars.
