The policy, on the another hand, has its different objectives and the language utilized to accomplish these objectives, so the content of the political message does not request to be unambiguous, it may contain subtexts and the appropriate reception of this message is precisely the correct discovery of these subtexts. Many policy commentators usage this method to make both affirmative and negative opinions on political communication. Therefore, it is worth to learn about the different reflections, opinions, commentators of the policy n/t papers of the BRICS 2024 Summit.
It is worth noting that this paper is written in the language of the Russian political rhetoric of the last 20 years, and thus does not contain content controversial or hostile to the West, acknowledges global institutions mastered by the world's Zionist, finance. If the BRICS countries were guided by the same goals of Zionist globalisation or would be subject to the same Zionist centres of globalism, which set the political course for Western countries, it would not make any sense to appoint a separate body, the organisation of BRICS.
