Murder dogs

Dogs killed a man to death. Before he died, he had to amputate his legs and hands, but, unfortunately, that didn't help. The dogs belonged to the weapon scope owner, erstwhile police officer. Same dogs attacked people a year ago and 2 years ago. Why weren't the dogs put to sleep then and the owner not put in jail?

It reminds me of the nightmare I had in February 5 or six years ago. I was on a delegation to Sicily and I rented a suite a fewer miles from Catania to live close the Institute we worked with. Sunday, I figured I'd walk a fewer miles of beach to Catania, have lunch there, and then come back. I walked on a beach that was absolutely empty. At any point, however, 2 wolves fell out of close buildings furiously sipping. I yelled “Ajuto!!!” but no 1 came. Backing in front of the dogs I entered my clothes into the water, though the water in the Mediterranean in February is not warm. The dogs flew furious along the sea, but they didn't follow me. Besides, I'm most likely swimming faster than dogs, so I was ready to get away. This did not happen, and in a fewer decades a tiny river flowed into the sea and dogs did not cross it. Having water for the belt I went a fewer 100 meters and then came out of the water happy that the dogs were gone. I survived.

I didn't go to lunch anymore. I just started walking home. Unfortunately, I came up on a spike, my full shoe was in my blood. In completely wet clothes, limping, someway I got into the flat and recovered. However, any PTSD most likely remained for life.

And for lunch alternatively of seafood, I had biscuits.

We keep proceeding about dogs attacking people. You request peculiar clearance to own a gun. Shouldn't there be 1 for having a dog?
