Money is not enough. The Chinese chip manufacture is hit hard by US sanctions

Despite the Chinese government allocating $140 billion to support the chip industry, it is struggling with expanding problems caused by US sanctions. Financial resources are not adequate to overcome the crisis, analysts say.
