Money from the deceased from the Social Insurance Institution. The Authority explains what to check before applying

On the pension sub-accounts of deceased people, there is money that relatives can get back. According to ZUS data, it is on average about PLN 29 1000 per person. However, the Social Insurance Institution warns that the money is not due from the machine. ZUS reminds who can apply for them and on what terms.
