MON changes aviation accident investigation rules

This reintroduction of the provision amended in 2016, (the head of the MON was then Antoni Macierewicz), which in the current version gives only the Minister of Defence the right to resume the survey. It was besides at that time that regulations were introduced which, in the event of a resumption of the study, allowed the head of the MON to appoint a subcommittee for this purpose. In the proposed wording, it is again possible for the president of GDPWL LP to resume the study.
