MON: Increased powers of the gendarmerie against perpetrators of home violence

Soldiers of the Military Gendarmerie will have more power against perpetrators of home violence; in addition to the order to leave the flat they will issue a restraining order against the injured individual - the draft regulation prepared by the MON provides.
