MON: up to 200 000 people may be called for exercise

For professional military service, up to 16,000 soldiers are to be recruited; for an active reserve of up to 30,000, and for territorial military service up to 44,000 people. The limit of appointments for voluntary essential military service was set at 39,7 000, including 4,7 000 for education.
