MON: 14 days to examine the application for approval to photograph

The draft implementing rules were sent to the Prime Minister, ministers, Heads of BBN, CBA, intelligence and counterintelligence and the individual Data Protection Office, as well as employers' associations. The publication of the regulation involves last year's amendment to the Law on the Defence of the Homeland and the Criminal Code, which restored the ban lifted at the end of the last century and introduced penalties for its violation.
