MON: 14 days to consider the application for approval to photograph

The draft implementing rules were sent to the Prime Minister, ministers, heads of BBN, CBA, intelligence and counterintelligence and the Office for individual Data Protection, as well as employers' associations. The issuance of the decree is related to last year's amendment to the Law on defence of the Fatherland and the Criminal Code, which restored the ban lifted at the end of the last century and introduced penalties for its violation.
