In a discussion with PAP, the Head of BBN addressed the issue of raising defence spending in Poland and the full North Atlantic Alliance, as well as initiatives specified as president Andrzej Duda's proposal to include in the Constitution a minimum level of defence spending of at least 4% of GDP or the request of NATO Secretary-General Marek Rutte to commit allies to spending at least 3.5% of GDP on defence and 1.5% on another security-related areas.
