The ultimate Court's website published the position of the First president of the ultimate Court "on the disinformation of public opinion by the Minister of Justice and another politicians regarding the authority of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs to regulation on the validity of the election of the president of the Republic of Poland".
