At the end of September this year, the government adopted a draft amendment to the Act on Electronic Services. Immediately after that, the accepted version of the paper [was presented](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cybersecurity/end-of-legal-contents-in-network-we-with-practice-platform) during a press conference by the Deputy Minister for Digital Affairs Dariusz Standerski. As we have presented in our articles, the project's records implement the EU Digital Services Act.
