According to him, the courses should be completed in the first 4th of this year, allowing soldiers to accomplish readiness to usage circular ammunition. At the same time, the brigade is undergoing a process of transforming the structure of subdivisions to make the most of the equipment purchased. A fresh "drone company" is formed for this purpose.

The brigade command shall besides stay in constant contact with the manufacturer's representatives. “In addition to equipment, we have acquired a package of trainings and courses. Together with the WB Group, we are planning to launch a round-the-clock helpdesk, thanks to which the engineers from the company will support us in everyday usage of unmanned workers - announced Deputy Commander 17 BZ. As he adds, he is pleased that the soldiers rapidly master the techniques of piloting. “In this case, the hours spent by them with the game console pad in hand were useful for something,” says the officer.

Brigade soldiers are besides trained to usage FPV microdrons, both in exploratory and impact versions. "At the start it was easier for us, thanks to the fact that over a 100 of our soldiers had already obtained state powers to control civilian drones. They are the backbone of the alleged drone company – Colonel Fiałka informs. He admits that in FPV combat training they are utilized practically all day.

– The commanders and their subordinates understood very rapidly that the information from the air, obtained in real time, is simply a key origin in the contemporary battlefield," the deputy commander emphasized. “We besides have tools that importantly increase the ability to identify and fight opposing forces,” the officer points out.

But that is not the end. Colonel Fiałka explains that according to the presumption adopted in the brigade, thanks to the usage of FlyEye and Warmate platforms, the battalion commander was given the chance to get information on his own, as well as targeting, that is, to choose targets. This made him independent in this area, and the impact depth of the sub-chapter increased respective times.

According to the colonel. This year's fialches are a large organizational and training challenge for the brigade. “We are speeding up to check in November the assembly of subdivisions as part of a tactical exercise with troops,” concludes the officer.
