Less fire by sparks, more tornadoes. The Russians change tactics

In fresh months, the Russians have been expected to increase the frequency of firing Ukrainian objects utilizing multi-guided Tornado-S rocket launchers. At the same time, the number of Iskander ballistic missiles fired decreased. Is this change dictated by economics or shrinking rocket stocks?
