The youth of All Poland at the border crossing in Medica set 50 wooden Crosses to commemorate the victims of genocide committed by a bunch of Ukrainian chauvinists on the Polish nation.

On each Cross the name of 1 village and the date of the peculiar crime were written. Organizers emphasize that the action will continue. In time, further Crosses will be added, commemorating the hundreds of localities, until the Ukrainian state allows the exhumation and burial of the ashes of our countrymen.

Marcin Kowalski - president of the All-Polish Youth and the initiator of the action - stated that since the Polish state failed, it is an work for social organizations to constantly appeal for the right of our countrymen to a worthy burial. He besides added that he hoped that this place would be a remorse and a reason for reflection, for the citizens of Ukraine crossing the borders of this place, due to the fact that it is their state that does not uphold the standard of civilization, which is the right to a dignified burial. Therefore, not only politicians, but besides average Ukrainian citizens, must be pressured so that they can exert force on their politicians to yet resolve this issue. Especially in the face of the tremendous assistance which Poland has given in fresh years to Ukraine.

In the context of the choice of the Medica, as a place for carrying out the action, it is worth noting that millions of people who sought aid and shelter in our country have passed through this border crossing. They got this help, frequently in a much larger dimension than they expected, and yet their Homeland inactive blocks the anticipation of buried Poles there.
