Officials of [Ukrainian cyber police](https://cyberpolicy.gov.ua/), in collaboration with among others [Security Service of Ukraine](https://ssu.gov.ua/) (SBU), have established that a 22-year-old from the region [Bukowiny](https://maps.app.goo.gl/xoaRfuGV6KLViAdp7) alone created malware designed for [collection of user accounts](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cybersecurity/taken-on-facebook-and-failed-friends-to-care) social media and another platforms. Its primary nonsubjective was to mark people from the United States and European countries.
