The Hungarian government has set up a peculiar delegation to check the state of the pipeline relationship of Russian oil transport by Ukraine to Hungary and Slovakia. However, the mission encountered an unexpected problem - 1 of its members refused to cross the border, fearing being recruited into the Ukrainian army.
