Mirosław Wiklika is the fresh Deputy Head of BBN

On 14 December, president Andrzej Duda appointed Col. Rez. Mirosław Wiklik as Deputy Head of the National safety Bureau. At the same time, he received an appointment to the rank of brigadier general.
