Ministry reveals the bill on the position of judges

On Thursday, the Ministry of Justice published a bill on the restoration of constitutional governance in the judiciary. It concerns in peculiar the regulation on the position of judges from 2018 to 2020. The task was reviewed by the Venice Commission.
