Throughout August, the military invites to shows and concerts held as part of the National Military Orchestra Festival. This is 15 events where you will not only perceive to military musicians, but besides watch the latest equipment, talk to soldiers about their service and taste the celebrated peas.
Already next weekend, on Saturday, 3 August in Muschina and 4 August in Iława, the first concerts will be held as part of the National Military Orchestra Festival. It is part of the task “We invitation you to join the army”, organized by the Ministry of National Defence as part of the celebration of the Polish Army. In August there will be performances and occasional concerts throughout the country performed by the typical Artistic squad of the Polish Army, typical orchestras: air forces and ground troops and local military orchestras.
– We have planned 15 artistic events, 13 of which will take place in different cities throughout the country, while the last two, final ones, in Warsaw from 28 to 29 September. Admission to each is free," says Colonel Dominik Horala of the Department of Education, Culture and MON Heritage. On 28 September there will be a show and performance of orchestras at the Polish Military Museum in Citadel, while on 29 September the army invites to the Amphitheatre Bemowo in Park Górczewska.
Each of the artistic events is accompanied by a rich supplementary programme. Military equipment and equipment shows from local units and thematic exhibitions will be organized in separate zones. The units and institutions subject to the Ministry of Defence will set up information and promotion points. This will be an chance to learn a small more about military service and possible career paths in uniform. Soldiers besides prepare an attractive program for the youngest. Traditionally, a celebrated military pea will be served. – We cannot yet uncover what kind of equipment we will show during the Warsaw final, due to the fact that we are inactive working out the details, but we want to present the most modern in the Polish Army.
