The Ministry of Justice shall initiate proceedings on the appeal of the AWS Rector

According to a communication from the Ministry of Justice, the announcement of initiation was sent on 16 March and subsequently "effectively delivered on 19 March 2026". The Ministry indicated that the activities are carried out on the basis of Article 432(5) of the Law of 20 July 2018, which provides for the anticipation of recalling the Rector in the event of ‘an alarming or persistent breach of the law’, after consulting the competent authorities required.
