The Ministry of Justice responds to Nawrocki's decision on judges. "No justification"

Karol Nawrocki caused a political earthquake, announcing the refusal to appoint 46 judges, which is an unprecedented usage of his prerogatives. Although the president explains the defence of the constitutional order, the Ministry of Justice has just reacted, indicating that the President's decision does not contain any justification. This blockade, which is simply a continuation of a wider conflict with Donald Tusk's government (including an earlier fight about officer appointments), escalates constitutional dispute and threatens to deepen chaos in the Polish judiciary.
