Maybe not from the local, but from the neighbouring yard I know the subject in which the skatepark was fought for demolition due to the sound it generated. The case was sufficiently worrying that after akin intervention, the surrounding football field was closed and the next goal was to be the skatepark mentioned. Therefore, there is simply a privately applicable subject for me and I think that for you too, even if it does not straight concern you. September of this yearThe parliament by acclamation (a cool word – means unanimous approval) adopted an amendment to the athletics Act, thanks to which, among others, skateparks and the pumptracs will be excluded from sound standards. 435 Members voted in favour of the bill, of which no 1 opposed and abstained. Although it sounds alternatively unrealistic, I thought it would be good to ask for a comment from the Minister of athletics and Tourism. To my surprise... Minister Jakub Rutnicki agreed (thank you A). Here's what he told me:
“Genesis is specified that we can usage sports facilities as much as possible (of course erstwhile it comes to their destiny). It is crucial for us that children and adults can usage eagles, skateparks, pomptracs and many others. If we have sports facilities, it's to service physical activity. It is average that there are loud behaviours then, but as I always say it is the healthiest sound in the planet – physical activity. erstwhile there were situations where sports facilities were closed, we took legislative action in the Ministry of athletics and Tourism so that sound standards did not concern them. I am very pleased that the full legislative process has been successfully passed here and beyond political divisions. A week and a half ago, we besides adopted a study of the legislature and the changes that he proposed and what is most crucial at the minute – the full bill is already for the signature of the President. I hope that the president will not make any comments due to the fact that these changes have been supported by all political parties. I besides hope that in the future no 1 will be able to think about any sports facilities closing. I think it's large information for all those who love the board or another sports activities. As Minister of athletics and Tourism, I am doing everything possible to make the facilities accessible to the public and, among another things, I am very glad that this change meets the needs and voices of the environment. It occurred earlier that skateparks or pitches had to limit their activity due to the issue of not specified decibels. These are the most crucial decibels. These are decibels of wellness and physical activity.”
