Head of the MFA Radosław Sikorski stressed on Saturday in Zimbabwe that "in these hard times the EU is simply a reliable partner for Africa, offering support in many areas". Sikorski, on behalf of the EU, participated in the signing of an agreement worth over EUR 160 million with 16 African countries.
