Wednesday, October 18, fragments of the Falcon 9 rocket, owned by SpaceX company Elona Musk, fell close Poznań. This event caused a storm in the Polish administration, especially in the context of the Polish Space Agency (POLSA). The Agency has sent a informing about the possible danger of entering the atmosphere over Poland to an outdated email address of the Ministry of Defence (MON). Minister Paszyk calls on POLSA president to explain
