It is possible that in the draft alleged Network Act there will be amendments guaranteeing a smoother transition period for smaller RES companies - the Minister of Energy Miłosz Motyka informed journalists. He besides did not exclude any amendments on the level of safeguards; these amendments may be tabled at the forthcoming session of the Sejm.
