In the first part of the gathering Chmielewska, Deputy Director-General of the Leviathan Confederation, presented the main challenges and demands made by associate companies. She stressed the importance of the Ministry's multi-annual and comprehensive cooperation with the business represented within the Leviathan, pointing to the importance of partnership and consultation. She besides discussed topics that most frequently appear in talks with entrepreneurs.
Then the Minister Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz presented the position of the Ministry of the Funds and Regional Policy and the challenges related to the present and future of European funds.

Today's gathering is besides a discussion about the wider economical strategy of Poland – how we should specify our interests in the European Union and how to form future financial instruments based on EU funds. For me, specified meetings are priceless due to the fact that they let you to hear the needs and expectations of entrepreneurs. I hope that they are besides crucial for business, due to the fact that they give concrete guidance on where the funds will be available and how to prepare for the next EU budget," said Minister Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz.
The second part of the gathering took the form of an open discussion. The talks afraid Poland's improvement strategy, coordination of the usage of EU funds, the request to take proactive systemic action, to set measurable targets and to guarantee the predictability of the regulatory environment. Participants besides discussed how to effectively support innovation of Polish business, especially in the context of the emerging European Competitiveness Fund.
Leviathan's representatives stressed the importance of maintaining a strong cohesion policy and ensuring unchangeable and predictable conditions for entrepreneurs to benefit from European funds. They besides stressed the request to further reduce administrative barriers and strengthen instruments supporting investment and innovation.
"Second Breakfast in Leviathan" is simply a series of closed meetings with representatives of state administration, initiated by the Confederation of Leviathan. In erstwhile editions were hosted, among others, by Minister of Finance and Economy Andrzej Domanski, Minister of wellness Jolanta Sobieranska-Greenda, together with Undersecretary of State Katarzyna Anna Kacperczyk, Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun, Minister of Energy Miłosz Motyka, Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the president of Poland Karol Rabenda, Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek, Minister of Culture and National Heritage Marta Cienkowska, Minister of Climate and Environment Paulina Hennig-Kloska and Deputy Head of the National taxation Administration Zbigniew Stawicki.
The gathering took place on 22 June at the seat of the Leviathan Confederation.
