The Regional Court College in Gdańsk expressed a negative opinion on the request of the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek to dismiss the Presidents of the courts there. Decisions were taken by 10 votes to one. The minister addressed the substance in an interview with TVN24 reporter. He said he had a prepared answer.
