Minister Bodnar: an active regret will not be implemented against alleged neo-Judges

Justice Minister Adam Bodnar said on 17 October 2024 that the Venice Commission recommended Poland to "meet halfway" on the alleged neo-Judges. According to him, the evaluation of circumstantial groups of judges should be carried out by the fresh KRS, which, in his opinion, will be possible after the presidential elections and its uprising, that is, in 2026.
