The Ministry of Climate and Environment rejects the allegations that the Act establishing the Lower Oder Valley National Park would prevent the economical improvement of the region. The bill was vetoed by president Karol Nawrocki, but the discussion returns after the judgement of the court on the environmental decision for the Lower Odra gas power plant.
