Miller's amazing proposal. erstwhile prime minister wants to reduce defence spending

"In next year's budget bill, an astronomical amount of 4.7 percent of GDP is planned for armaments. Parliamentarians should reduce this spending to a reasonable amount," according to erstwhile Prime Minister Leszek Miller.
