According to Ukrainian Truth, following the publication of the results of the NABU investigation concerning the scamming of multimillion bribes from the Energoatom contracts, further names began to vanish from the December 4th 95 programme. This is simply a blow to 1 of the most popular tv projects in Ukraine – a studio that was a trampoline of Volodymyr Zelenski's career years ago.
KoLA singer, Gomin choir and Nadia Dorofiejev have already resigned. Organizers officially explain the changes with concern for artists who were to be "at hazard of excessive information pressure". But the real reason is the shadow that Tymur Mindich – the co-owner of the 95 4th and at the same time 1 of the main characters of the corrupt investigation – cast on the project.
Mindich is no longer in Kiev. He escaped through Poland
In Poland, the most severe situation has so far been commented by erstwhile Prime Minister Leszek Miller, who has accused the Polish authorities of "nonchalance" and "putting the state to ridicule". According to the information he described, Mindicz was to cross the Ukrainian-Polish border at night from 9 to 10 November at 2:09 p.m., traveling in a black Mercedes rented in a company serving "discreet transports".
"A individual suspected of participating in the theft of tens of millions of dollars enters Poland, sleeps in the heart of Warsaw, passes a briefing at our airport and leaves for Israel without a slightest obstacle. Nobody asks questions, and everyone acts like nothing happened. The Polish state exposes itself to ridicule – and this voluntarily" commented Miller on platform X.
According to his report, Mindicz stayed in Warsaw's European Raffles, visited the Chabad-Lubacz synagogue, and the next day flew to Tel Aviv charter Boeing 737-800 Sundor line – most likely from Chopin Airport. The Polish services did not detain him due to the fact that Ukraine did not issue any arrest or blockade of departure.
Transit corridor or no communication? Miller asks tough questions
Miller in his post doesn't beat around the bush. He claims that the silence of the Polish authorities raises serious doubts. In his opinion, Poland was not informed by Kiev about Mindich's investigation and escape (which would be an image failure of the cooperation of the services). The politician besides puts a more controversial thesis in which he suggests that Poland knowingly facilitated the transit of a businessman uncomfortable for the Ukrainian political and media scene.
"If Poland has opened a 'transit corridor' for a man fleeing the place of the biggest corruption scandal in Ukraine, then we are talking about not naivety, but about participation," Miller writes.
Five people have already been detained in the NABU energy investigation and 7 more are to be charged. According to investigative materials, officials were to collect bribes worth 10-15 percent of the Energoatom contracts, which could scope tens of millions of dollars. Mindich's escape and the reaction of the stars of the 95 4th made the scandal – so far strictly Ukrainian – begin to comment besides in Poland.
So far neither side has officially referred to Miller's charges, and the artists of the 95 4th are inactive dropping their names. 1 thing is certain – the corruption scandal, the image crisis of Quartet 95 and the controversy surrounding its escape by Poland become 1 of the most complex scandals of the 2025 end.
