Military supplies. Ukraine has a fresh system

DOT-Chain is expected to make the full process easier and faster. How much? defence Minister [Rustem Umerov](https://www.mil.gov.ua/ministry/kerivnicztvo/kerivnicztvo-ministerstva-oboroni-ukraini/umerov-rustem-enverovich.html) explains: "While the time limit for a transportation utilized to be up to 2 months, after implementing our solution, this time should be shortened by as much as 4 times."
