Military from the lining: How with ORP "Sleep" do not "Vasa"?

If an ORP "Sleep" patrol vessel were fitted with all that was planned in the programme "Gawron", then the combat corvette built in this way would most likely not have an acceptable stableness and with the icy and severe storm could divide the destiny of the Swedish ship "Vasa". Now 1 should consider: whether it is the project's fault, whether it is wrongly set by the Polish Navy requirements and subsequent amendments.
