Military exercises have begun in Belarus

Military exercises of the post-Soviet Organization of the Collective safety Agreement began in Belarus on Friday; Ukrainian commanders were instructed to strengthen the defence of the border with Belarus, General Serhiy Nayev, commander of the Joint Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Friday.
