Millions of Russians could hit the front. The Kremlin has prepared fresh regulations

On Monday, the Russian government approved a bill that would let the usage of soldiers from alleged mobilization reserves to fight at the front in Ukraine without the request for martial law or the announcement of mobilization. According to Russian MON officials, it can be up to 2 million people.
