A million recipients without power. The harshest winter of war in Ukraine

As reported on January 20th evening mer Vitali Kliczko, half of the buildings in Kiev stay without heating, electricity does not have a million recipients. As of January 9, erstwhile the mer called the residents to evacuate, 600,000 people left the city.
