Billions thrown into a dumpster. Poland loses its luck by a leaky strategy and the solution lies on the table

Every year the national economy loses a 4th of a billion zlotys due to the fact that valuable natural materials, alternatively of returning to circulation, land on landfills. I'm just talking about soda wrappers. Experts agree: it is time to implement a fair Extended maker work (ROP) strategy and seal the bailout strategy that has been in operation since early October. Otherwise, the waste bill, alternatively of decreasing, will proceed to grow, and we will all pay for it, not those who should.
