Billions for a fresh artillery. Hundreds of fresh departments

The Spanish Ministry of manufacture and Tourism (Spanish: Ministerio de Industria y Turismo) and its subsidiary General Directorate of Industrial Programs (Dirección General de Programas Industriales) published a draft Royal Decree (Regulation) on the financing of the defence industry. The aim is to implement the key modernisation programmes of [Army Slave of Spain](https://defence24.pl/page-tagow/Spain) (Fuerzas Armadas de España). The largest amounts are intended to be allocated to the launch of the self-propelled cannonhaubic purchasing programme: EUR 1,181 billion for wheeled vehicles and EUR 1,821 billion for caterpillar wagons (together just over 3 billion). Both parts of the plan include many accompanying vehicles and a wide support package.
