Billion dollars in bonds for the Armed Forces Support Fund

The Armed Forces Support Fund is to be the main origin of financing of Polish arms purchases. After unsuccessful attempts to sale gold bonds in 2022, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) began borrowing. Now it's time for dollar bonds.
