In the coming weeks regulations may enter into force, which will importantly change the rules of the housing marketplace in Poland. The government plans a thorough reconstruction of the strategy through a number of laws covering, among others, housing cooperatives, the usage of perpetual land, the rental of municipal housing and verification of tenants' income. The goal is to increase the availability of apartments for rent.
