Donald D. Westlake's stories about Parker have never been popular in Poland, but we know their various movie adaptations, ranging from symbolic and brutal ("A fugitive from Alcatraz" by John Boorman of 1967) to not very smart and boring ("Parker" with Jason Statham, 2013).
