Regretting the Prime Minister of Israel

The Court has only stressed that compliance with global humanitarian law applies to all parties to the conflict. And called on Hamas to immediately and unconditionally release all hostages abducted on October 7.

It may take many years to process the case

The Court did not order war to cease, but – by a large majority, 15 to 2 and sometimes 16 to 1 – ordered Israel to apply six another preventive measures. The word “genocide” was utilized to present 4 of them.
