Armoured Poland, as in erstwhile years, took over the media patronage of the global technological conference GlobState 2025. The organizer of this yearly prestigious task is the Bydgoszcz Centre for Doctrines and Armed Forces Training. The conference, under the honorary patronage of the Minister of National Defence and the Head of the National safety Office, will be held in Warsaw on 19-20 November 2025.

The GlobState series conferences are devoted to assessing the safety and operational environment and challenges in these areas. The subject of this year's conference is Multi-Domain Operations for Deterrence and Defence: Harnessing fresh Operational Domains and Environments. The main nonsubjective of this event will be to look for conceptual solutions for conducting multi-domain operations. Conference participants will besides review the latest changes in the safety environment and in the operational environment and share observations and experiences from contemporary armed conflicts, primarily from the war in Ukraine.

The GlobeState 2025 conference will have wide global coverage. It was announced by many scientists and safety experts, both from the country and abroad, as well as practitioners – generals and elder officers from NATO structures and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland and the United States Armed Forces. For years, institutions and command are invited to participate in the organization of the conference. This year, the strategical partners of the individual technological sessions will include: NATO Allied Transformation Command (ACT), NATO-Ukraine Joint Analysis, Training and Education Centre (JATEC), George C. Marschal European Center for safety Studies, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), U.S. Army Combined Arms Center (CAC), British Defence Futures, Baltic Defence College (Tartu, Estonia), Carol I National Defence University (Bukareszt, Romania), Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

RECLAMA

The two-day debate will be divided into respective thematic sessions and the main issues discussed at the conference will be:

• Future safety and operational environment.
• From actions combined to large-scale multi-domain operations.
• Transformation of armed forces for multi-domain operations.
• Human origin in multi-domain operations: leadership and talent management.
• Space operations, cyberspace and cognitive operations in multi-domain combat space.

• Obtaining and exploiting experiences from modern armed conflicts and military operations.
The GlobState 2025 conference will be held as part of the run of analysis of the safety and operational environment. This is simply a task which in 2019 was initiated by the Chief of General Staff of the HR, entrusting the organisation and coordination of this run to the Centre for Doctrines and Armed Forces Training. The Bydgoszcz Centre, acting as a military think tank and having crucial intellectual potential, is the organizer of many technological projects. Only as part of the NUP 2X35 CDis SZ run is organized annually many seminars, webinars and technological workshops. Around this task respective 100 experts and technological and educational staff from many civilian and military universities, investigation centres and think tanks gathered. The consequence of joint work is technological monographs, but besides reports and strategical analyses on the safety environment.

The NUP 2X35 run is simply a permanent project, as both the safety environment and the operational environment are changing rapidly, so the analyses, reports and proposals developed require constant updates. On the another hand, GlobState conferences are a summary of the campaign's year-round debate. This year's conference will be held utilizing a hybrid method – online and stationary (in the Central Military Library in Warsaw).
