Planned changes to the Critical Infrastructure Protection Act can importantly change the work of local governments. The fresh rules supply for the imposition on local government units of obligations related to the securing of key facilities for the functioning of the state and economy. Many local governments present are not prepared either organizationally or financially to meet specified requirements. How to prepare civilian entities for protection against drones will be discussed at the TECHNODRON’26 conference to be held at the University of Białystok at the global Relations Department on 14 and 15 May 2026.
