Michał Szczerba: I think that even neo-judges have a basic sense of responsibility

The validity of the elections is determined by the ultimate Court. If it determines that they are invalid, then according to the constitution, the elections must be organized again. The ruling in this case is the task of the Chamber of Public Affairs and Extraordinary Control, but it includes alleged neo-judges, whose position is questioned in the light of judgments of, among others, European tribunals.
