The validity of the elections is stated by the ultimate Court. If he finds that they are invalid, the Constitution requires that the elections be organised again. The ruling in this case is the task of the Chamber of Public Affairs and Extraordinary Control, but it consists of alleged neo-judges whose position is contested in the light of judgments by, inter alia, European tribunals.
