The ossified strategy likes precision. So we have quite a few regulations, orders and guidelines. The regulations regulate, among another things, the dimensions of the paper book of the registry of monuments, in which an entry is made manually in the appropriate colour of ink [sic!]. Well, but seemingly everything is expected to change.
