It was expected to be a "fast and ruthless" restoration of the regulation of law. Why didn't it work

The fresh regulation of law bill announced late by the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurk is the best proof that for 2 years the coalition failed to reconstruct the regulation of law in Poland on 15 October. Doesn't mean they haven't tried.
